Rationale:

The governing board will meet in public session with the Marin County Superintendent of Schools and others to discuss the legal process and policy protocols regarding the selection for a new superintendent of the school district. No substantive action will be taken during the special meeting although the board may take action to set the date and time for further board meetings on this topic.
