Rationale:

Historically Dixie School District has aligned its student calendar with that of San Rafael City Schools.  After the Dixie 2019/20 student calendar had been approved, San Rafael City Schools changed their spring break.  The revised 2019/20 Dixie School District calendar reflects the changes in spring break to maintain alignment with San Rafael City Schools.

3.3. Change Order for Dixie Lighting Project for Consideration and Possible Action
Rationale:

One additive item for added work and scope revisions and remaining credit of unused allowance are being issued as a change order for this project totaling ($15,732).

 
Recommended Motion:

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the change order #2 in the amount of ($15,732) for the Dixie Elementary School Modernization:  Lighting Project
